Google Workspace announced new features for Google Forms today. Users can now import questions from existing forms into new ones. They can also export their forms to share with others easily. This upgrade targets common user requests.

The import tool lets users quickly copy questions from one form to another. This works within the same Google account. It saves time for people making similar forms often. Teachers making quizzes or HR teams making surveys will find this helpful. They don’t need to start from scratch every time.
The export feature creates a file of the form’s questions. Users send this file to colleagues. Colleagues can then import these questions into their own Google Forms. Teams working together on projects benefit. Sharing form structures is simple now. This avoids retyping questions or sharing edit access unnecessarily.
Google also added bulk editing for multiple choice answers. Users change several answer options at once. This speeds up form updates. It reduces mistakes from manual changes.
These changes aim to make form creation faster and less frustrating. “This is a real time-saver,” said a Google Workspace product manager. “People reuse questions a lot. Now they can do it without hassle.”
